Pursue a specific degree/science because your passionate about that subject but acquiring a degree for becoming a real estate investor, totally unrequired.

Owning residential is best served by those who have a passion for it.I recommend a more passive approach.

I believe this is the right time for me to get involved in something I'm truly passionate about. 

I haven't really tipped  my hat into the wholesaling side of it as of yet ,but as it is getting harder and harder to find worthy wholesalers and deals for that matter , I have considered learning all I can about tge wholesale side of the wonderful and exciting career path that I find I have a passion for .
