@Austin YoumansAs a general rule, an LLC doing business in only one state is better to be established in that state and an LLC doing business in several states should be in the state of your residence unless you have a specific reason to be in a different state.Typically any LLC established in one state but doing business in another, will have to file all the paperwork for both states with the associated costs but no additional protections.But definitely check with your legal partner.
