Hello BP Community.Currently we live in Hawaii (stationed here with the military), but it looks like we might get out soon.

It's all about timing and I think the appreciation train in CA has left the station for this cycle.

I would expect the 3-4 years we spend at a station exceeds the normal tenant turnover?

I used an orbital sander and spent 4 days on a ladder.

Currently I am stationed in a high cost market, and will only be here another year, with a 5 month military deployment coming up.

They also have contact anywhere I'm likely to be stationed so I'll always have vetted real estate professional to leverage....With the paid online courses and mastermind, they're lifetime access.

Whidbey also has the Naval Air Station for potential renters.  

I'll second everyone above - look in medium sized markets like Waco, Bryan/College Station, Abilene, Lubbock, Killeen, New Braunfels, San Marcos, etc.

Contextual example per my previous client: You require thousands of entries in Excel and outsource to India for $50 per 40 hour week versus the domestic cost of $280 (@ $7 per hour)The oustsourcing train has left the station and it's isn't going comming back.

I've got a daughter not much older than you that signed up with a temp agency and went from working crappy hours at a gas station to a full time position in an attorney's office that deals in foreclosures.
