Does anyone have any experience working with Dan Housing or CRS (Catastrophic Response Services) for Medium Term Rentals?

I manage my own rentals and I also do all my own handyman/maintenance repairs.

Just thought for those of you starting out and thinking of buying one to live in for a year or two then turn into a rental or sell later, this is a wonderful option.
