In all fairness, real estate is fully in the 21st century, with online document signing and other tech wizardry.Still, the amount of paperwork you’ll sign, whether digitally or in hard form, from listing to close, is amazing.

Wanted to see if anyone had put together a deal using the crowd-sourcing platforms out there?

This is about $1000 and unfortunately most online reviews are overwhelmingly negative as deals that students found were not readily approved.

The rental market is really strong right now but there is also a ton of new building, so I'm not sure as those come online how it will affect the rental market.Ian

I read a bunch of reviews online for various self-directed IRA companies but the testimonials are mixed.
