Are folks with the title  WHOLESALER self titled?

And also if any appliances need to be repaired or replaced.By then, my waiting list of prospective tenants is usually made and I know the timetable I have to to get it ready for the next folks to move in.

I'm just sort of feeling like I'm spending too much time/mental energy dealing with folks who don't stand a chance.

I've been a landlord for seven years, and am excited to learn more and get support and advice from other folks on this crazy and rewarding ride.

I see some folks have suggested Irvington and the Oranges, and while I think the Oranges could be workable, Irvington is a sad story.

Always stay close to your investment at first ,most folks who break this rule can end up with a house with  all kinds unhappy endings .once you understand  the business  model you can take on more risk.

I am not saying he does this or would do it.. its the mind set though and I have seen a LOT of people do this .. as I have bought them from folks that are all buggered up in this exact scenario..
