I would consider taking a look at Sacramento, specifically lots with zoning upside as it relates to their newly released 2040 master plan.https://account.sacbee.com/pay...Outside of California I would look at growing cities with 5-7% cap rates. 

Hey All, So a few days ago i reached out on this forum after being absent for the most of 3 years because my rental property had burned down... long story short 3 years later i just got the keys to my newly rebuilt townhome rental.

i don't have time to go home during lunch, and would like to be able to use my lunch break at work to market for properties.Unfortunately, Lead Sherpa, Launch Control, and REIReply are all blocked on our computer system.Just curious if anybody knows of any other active marketing I could be doing on my lunch break without picking up the phone and dialing around everyone in the office, haha
