The kids are decently well behave but the problem is, sometimes they have friends over and sometimes they hang out by the porch where my wife has potted plants and flowers and sometimes they would bounce the ball and it would destroy the plants.

I have spoken with a couple of investors who have a license even though they only do their own deals and they almost convinced me to get one, but honestly I didn't want to deal with the classes, exams, and most importantly finding a place to hang my license.

Someone tried to sell it with a drawing of a 500 sf first floor and 800 sf second floor, and yes, one room is hanging over the exterior wall. haha.

Since they are 45-60 minutes away, I don't have a desire to hang on to them long term like the other's I own in my local area.
