I will be networking and attending REI's soon and although I realize business cards are not required, a lot of the groups advertise "bring your business card".

I am not one that recommends you put 30k on your credit cards that I think is dangerous.. but if you got 30k want to spend it on education then go for it.. if you want to spend 500  bucks on some other written information then go for it... or go on E bay and buy the same stuff for 20 bucks... does not matter... its all the same info. 

Either way you are holding all the cards in this situation. 

Use a google voice number or similar product for all your marketing, biz cards, listing etc.

Also, my PM has recently started taking rent payments by debit and/or credit card.  

You do have to pay the annual franchise tax and some minimal paperwork with the state.In my experience, the best way to attribute expenses to an LLC is to open up a bank account and/or credit card and just pay for LLC expenses out of those accounts.

None of our debts are above 5% interest rate and we never carry credit card balances or anything like that.

Im trying to work hard to get the credit the best i can like leasing a car and use a credit card.
