I am not one that recommends you put 30k on your credit cards that I think is dangerous.. but if you got 30k want to spend it on education then go for it.. if you want to spend 500  bucks on some other written information then go for it... or go on E bay and buy the same stuff for 20 bucks... does not matter... its all the same info.

You do have to pay the annual franchise tax and some minimal paperwork with the state.In my experience, the best way to attribute expenses to an LLC is to open up a bank account and/or credit card and just pay for LLC expenses out of those accounts.
