Wholesaling properties is my main activity and I only see positives in that people who do not want these properties will want them even less when they probably need to cash them out more than ever now and on the other side other investors/rehabbers are always looking for great deals.

I was happy to have a contract nailed out, I would feel weird emailing the contractor back trying to come to a mutual agreement, but I guess it would be beneficial for both of us.The main problem here is getting the damn people out to even look at it.
