I also personally prefer to maintain a high level of honesty and integrity in my business and would rather take the vacancy than to knowingly violate a federal law, regardless if there hasn't been a solid precedence of prosecution. 

I've purchased some of Eric's products and I've never questioned his integrity.

For example, it integrates the property photos, info on the property, and your add copy to automatically put up craigslist adds for my properties that are much nicer than all my competition.

I would also say you hardly need help to continue doing what you do and not lose money at it.So you're absolutely right, I'm trying to talk to that large subset of BP investors that gets scammed in a large sense by hyena grifters trying to make money off them and in a small sense by their own overconfidence and inability to judge the real risks of this business in the level and manner that they're involved in it.For those investors, working IN their business ends up always being an integral part of learning the business.

You simply cannot be in this business as long as he has without operating from a point of integrity.  

The actual Brick adds little or no structural integrity to the home.

Appfolio and other companies are closed systems so if any other software comes out in the future that would integrate Rent Manager has the best chance of making it available to its users.Appfolio and Buildium are closed systems so you will only be able to use the tools they offer, which are phenomenal but it's personal preference really!

He is the real deal and has the upmost integrity.
