So many "I'm interested" responses that all go ghost and/or never reply and similar stories from LL's across the country gets me to suspect A/I or just BS replies to skew the metrics and response rates that the hapless LL's just cannot convert.Your experience may be different.

We didn't make a huge profit but it was a great learning experience and we were able to sort out all of our contractors and products we're going to continue using.

If these guys spent their creative theft time productively we'd all be living on Saturn and the common cold would be a distant memory. 

Building relationships with agents that specialize in your product type in the areas you are looking to purchase is a good way to find deals.

Do y'all have any pointers on finding a lender who offers this type of loan product? 

Are there any cashout refi products available to her and vets like us?

This bank has captive vendor W2 employee retail direct loan officers who can ONLY offer that bank's mortgage products, I'm glad that I'm not one of them!
