A bit of a letdown, but we held firm on that bottom line.

Brokerage firms offer "training" but it is usually only how to cold call leads the firm has not had contact with in awhile.  

Together we have creativity, vision and drive and we firmly believe that by helping others achieve success we will inevitably achieve our own success.

Make sure to find yourself a GREAT firm to work for. 

I was at one point a title examiner for a few real estate law firms and title companies so I am familiar with some terminology.

We have 25 employees on staff who manage 2,000+ properties for 275+ investor clients from all over the world (I am a very satisfied management client of them firm).

As an agent and an investor myself, I am going to wholesale a house for 10k vs. listing a property and making a lot less just to split a commission with someone. any agent out there that has a broker like that just needs to pay the transfer fee to move to another firm

I have been involved with a successful residential contracting firm for 10 years now and i find myself on an employment plateau.

I currently own 2 houses but used an agent for those purchases.So, my question is, how do you know which RE brokerage firms are "investor-friendly?"
