Percent Sold vs Percent Expired:I hope I'm not packing too much into this one chart.

I don’t know the difference yet but it’s last it’s life time and it has a small leak and I was thinking of it from a equity stand point as well to add more value to the house to lead me into my second house 

Less interest paid over the lifetime of the loan?   

My problem is when I went to refinance they were going to charge me 10 percent closing cost which was about $6500.

I don’t think I used any brand specifically but rather ensured that the product had a lifetime warranty.
