You need to own about 20 of those to make enough to just pay your bills and you'll have 20 different addresses. 

Just bought a duplex with two addresses.

Notices were likely sent to the property address.

The other beef I have is with the annual inspections, where they often find nuisance items for me to address. 

If they are good I text the address to my agent and he sets up the showing.

I have a list of about 35 addresses so far, and I'm starting to research who the owner is of these properties.
