Because of that, our budget a little more flexible -- it doesn't necessarily have to cash flow right out the door (which I know is almost completely unlikely in the current market for this type of area). 

Our current rental was our primary that we held onto to rent and moved into a new primary.Both of our houses are in Teller county just outside of Colorado Springs.

Hello Everyone,We are currently working a deal in Gulf Shores that is a little tricky.

After about 1.5 years of owning them, i did some minor cabinet upgrades, bathroom upgrades.Zillow and all other real estate websites show the current value at $120-125 K.

. $5056/moWe currently have a 15 year fixed on our primary home as we wanted to go into retirement debt free on the primary home.

Properties will be close by (30 mins) and currently do have the time to my knowledge of what it would take to self-manage.

I currently live at the 9th St Light Rail in Hoboken and they are marketing the hell out of the new apts at Watsessing and Bloomfield Ave.  

All 5 units currently rented:  LT renters $850/mth, Retail Shop space $850/mth, and 3 STRs averaging 6k per month. 

I currently live in a house hack and have been doing it for years and have saved a ton of money because of it!
