Quick question as an aspiring foreclosure investor:In the event that you purchase a property at foreclosure sale in Florida and the homeowner redeems, what happens with the money you bid?

If I use my normal title company they will check for liens, verify taxes, etc as per usual before closing, correct?

For example if I want to go in person on a Friday to bid on properties at the actual auction house (in person... not online).Where could I find the specific properties open for bidding on that particular Friday?
