In that space you have to turn and sell a bunch of properties to make any substantial commission.So there is a huge difference between spending a lot of time on one transaction for 3 or 4k versus 150k to 200k plus in commission.

Also if you end up with a complaint before a real estate commission, fair housing commission, anything of that sort...you are by and large guilty until proven innocent, as opposed to the opposite you would enjoy a member of the public in a court room.Fines for innocent mistakes can be drastic.

So let’s say you are an affiliate for a company and say the company wants you to sell there idk utility or somthing and gives you a 10 percent commission that’s residual for the life of the customer, if you owned like 100 or so units I know it may not add a TON to the bottom line returns but would it be illegal to sell it to them?
