Michael Terry Gave thought to this multiple years ago but the lack of peoplebuying even with land as cheap as it was disturbed me.

I wouldn't cheap out on the kitchen putting in a used appliance unless it looks brand new.

Those prices seem very cheap to me.

When you get the MLS sheet on these comp properties read over the description, look at the pictures to see what the condition of each property really is and that should tell you why it sold for such a cheap price.

Its also not cheap, however; knew it before hand and worked it into the numbers...  

The people doing these are probably buying them cheap and obv just flipping the property for a quick property so I can see how that would be lucrative. 

It would not hurt but companies like legal zoom make it cheap and simple.
