We cover the city Chicago as well Northwest and Northern Suburbs, but if someone's in a pinch I can usually find a way to get a tech or my self out to the Western and Southern Suburbs as well.We service all appliances the only caveat being microwaves; Microwave parts tend to be pretty expensive and are very labor intensive to fix because it typically involves dismounting the microwave from the wall and dissembling them is very time consuming.

I don't currently use any...my tenants currently Venmo to pay rent and one still likes to drop an old-fashioned check in the mail.Question: do any of these services (Cozy, apartments.com, Turbo Tenant, etc) allow me to track my expenses in the software in addition to their primary functions of rent collection, marketing, etc?

You cannot get clean title to the property until that mortgage is satisfied and put into your name.You can do subject to but I am not a fan of that. others on here can talk more about it.personally both parties take on a ton of risk when they get creative in this fashion as if either party defaults and the other has no other assets, it can get very ugly.

Ray Jansma yes I would agree Ray, 2010 thru like 2013 were great years to invest not only in Indiana but there were a lot of places in Illinois and pretty much everywhere with some dirt cheap prices, I closed on a couple of deals in the western suburbs in Illinois in the past few months and I ended up spending way more than I wanted as a total including purchase price and rehab costs.
