This isn’t rocket science you don’t need to pay $50,000 for someone’s “secret method.”

This has been happening for years, so no secret here. 

@James Barnes- I don't have any secret, just house hacked a couple times, found another great deal here, another one there, worked my tail off fixing them up, renting them out....over time, the gap between my liabilities and rents grows, and all of the sudden I am passively making enough money to live on.

I didn’t figure out the secret sauce to the process and just moved on.

I was testing, determining which "box" this student fit into so they could or could not receive special education services, and writing reports (oh those awful awful reports), fighting with parents, children, and co-workers, crying in the bathroom on the regular while seeing so many others I worked with attempting to cry in secret as well.

It is certainly not caused by landlords it is caused by one word that no one wants to take about and that secret word is ...... laziness
