Do you have any dirt or rocks on the property that can be used for fill?  

Rock Hill, FT Mill, Chester, Lancaster , York , and Even Kershaw, and just recently Columbia SC. 

Reason I say all that is you can kill alot of problems with one rock.

However, if you are doing financing and use your cards for the down payment, that sends off a red flag to lenders and also ruins the DTI.Credit cards are unsecured debt.

There's not enough information to make the decision, but total rent of $1,500 for a house for sale at $185,000 is a red flag.
