It is more moderate politically than the state as a whole but everywhere in the state is moving further left including San Diego. 

That said, even a moderate return compounded over time can add up significantly.Earnings to the plan are tax sheltered. 

If we have no time to cook because of school, we buy McChickens or the 4 for 4 at Wendy’s to eat for dinner instead of spending a ton of money on a restaurant and we ended up cutting out alcohol as well.

Of course it doesn’t matter if you go blow it all on a car and alcohol every pay day.

@Justin Bautista - some Seattle investors are offloading / 1031-ing their rentals within the city limits because of our regulations and current city council - this election cycle was an opportunity to swing back to a moderate center, but with Kshama Sawant winning another term we as Landlords in Seattle will keep being cast as the bad guys.

I wish a moderator would read this and remove the sticker, now after 4 years, and avoid this thread to be pinned at the top.
