Unless you are doing something incorrectly [mixing llc and personal bank accounts, using the llc assets for personal use, etc] the LLC assets won't include your personal assets [personal home, 401k, etc].  

The title company incorrectly calculated the per diem payoff amount by about a week too much.

There are agents running around in this market who have no clue what is happening and advising buyers/sellers incorrectly.

@Keith McGovernI quickly learned to never pay a contractor for work until you have inspected it yourself, I paid out for work that he said was done, and it was either not done at all or done incorrectly and he took about 3500 bucks for work he did not complete.

I used the word expense incorrectly. 

Few questions:1) I suspect this is incorrect, but am I wrong?
