This site is an absolute gold mine!

The BP Podcasts have been a major source of inspiration & learning for me.Over the last 4 years @Joshua Dorkin & @Brandon Turner have hosted 216 episodes where the amazing guests have shared a wealth of knowledge for all of us to learn from.I kept looking for ways to quickly find episodes which were related to a specific topic I was exploring so that I could have marathon learning sessions which were focused on that particular topic.The best I could find was this link, but it doesn't seem to have been update in a long time.So I put together an organized and categorized Google Sheet of the podcasts (The themes are based on the titles, I'll try to refine the themes as I listen to them). 

I am not at mentor status but I actually live in Mont Belvieu and would be willing to meet up or email or talk on the phone to help answer any questions you might have if I can.

Given your financial status, you may need a partner who has the funds and credit score to qualify for FHA loan.

The judge also said we need to file with the other person in the room on the eviction documentation even though we only have one person registered as a guest.  

My wife and I have been doing very well listing a guest house at the front of our home on AirBnB for three years now.
