Have more business meetings with your spouse/business partner, fill up your car with gas to look for houses/going to the bank, you use your cellphone/computer/internet for work, you need to maintain your car for work to meet agents (oil changes, tires, rotation), dyson fan to keep you cool in the summer time, a ladder because, why not?

And if he can help with planning and advise on process (which phase of the rehab goes first, what materials and tools are good, etc.) is like having a GC in your pocket.Here is another tip: in my area, Home Depot stores offer workshops - you can go and learn how to lay tiles, vertical tiles and backsplash, how to rebuild a toilet, install fans, how to use tools, etc.
