The person always asking for marketing packages from the Seller’s agent, wanting to tour the property, asks a hundred questions, but, never pulls the trigger and submits an off.

With that said going on a tour with other Real Estate Investors opened her eyes as she saw other couples and singles from all walks of life confidently asking questions and it allowed her to meet other supportive spouses and business people.

I'll never forget the day that I was taking a tour of a property that I absolutely loved on the outside and inside up until I got to the basement....

It they do not cooperate then, sorry, but they will have to put up with many more people touring through the house. 

Then after you have put all tour ducks in a row, then you will have the conference to do tour first deal.
