Margins are small, and to me, the real wealth-building in REI comes from the long-term appreciation, not the short-term cash-flow.Anyway, welcome to the forums.

Some of my banking relationships are old and need reviewing. 

Even if there is no sign and tenants are present, a poorly maintained exterior is a good sign that a building might be buyable.

If the buildings are all on one lot this won’t apply.
