Would also be a great thing to have for a vacation property.The wifi security camera system I like is the Y-cam, mainly because it's the only one I know of that stores your files on the cloud for free.

Also the title companies are buying these policies from the same few companies anyways...so if you go with Title Company X, instead of Title Company Y....well they are just the go between to the same Insurance Company Z.Ive worked with a number of title companies, and to be honest all the fees are generally pretty similar amongst them.

Anyway, point is, if I spent that type of money, I'd want someone looking specifically at my situation and saying "you need to do X by Y date."
