I learned, from the emergency room staff, and cops, that there are, in any given city, 3 brothers that perpetrate all crimes.  

I would focus on these companies, especially the ones that have a sales staff that get to know your goals. 

I hire one for plantation shutters installation, they brought a crew of 3 staff to hang 4 panels.  

My mentor was teaching me probate when this happened at the courthouse...she knew what to ask....don't believe many people do probate here way staff reacted

So, I prefer to have a paid support staff that finds homes, performs the rehabs gives me the option to take or pass.

*Consider General Liability or “business” insurance to cover claims at your own place of business- like a “trip and fall” incident, or one that may arise while you or your staff are at a property, such as knocking over a homeowner’s antique vase during a walkthrough (oops!).
