I rent out an 1100 sq ft single family home which sustained significant water damage to the kitchen in November from leaky plumbing.

I was hoping there would be a perfect fit there but have not taken a bit of time to go through and look at them more closely yet.You would know more than me but seems like just using a free application or a very low monthly app can make the difference if you don’t have a PM for your properties but ya just test the waters with each one hopefully one works better for you and your personal preference.

That sunken back door feels like - water intrusion to me.

Water, garage, sewer, electricity,etc).

The rent increase was 10%, plus an additional new charge of $35 for water.  

For some reason this home wasn't selling & we were assuming light pollution from a near by college could be why.

In my area the growth and demand for a little land and fresh mountain clean air & water is exponential.  

With all the research Ive done regarding this area, I cant locate ANY information pertaining to the new water bill.Since I've only been a renter, I don't have the slightest idea of how much a water bill would be.

A tenant in my basement unit apt clogged the drain line (per plumber report) and water entered their unit in 2 rooms.

Again unless that is due to water damage or rot, the tenant would have caused this.As another person pointed out, now that they have raised flags you may have problems with an eviction as they will feel it is retaliatory.
