Actually, John answered most of it, if I had to touch on anything else I would say that the average Korean life is extremely stressful.  

While the almost 1hr negotiation seemed like BS during the time, that kind of stuff doesn't stress me out, and all's well that ends well.

I go crazy over how the front yard looks more than the inside unless it is really bad inside.For me the more difficult thing to deal with is unauthorized pets or people, smoking indoors, smoke detector batteries always dead, and difficulty contacting them (cell phone disconnected, become non-communicative when under stress, disappear in the night).Cheers!

Again, my relationship with the contractor has become stressed.  

I do alot of the work myself which as I grow this business, I hope to find some reasonable priced contractors to take some of the stress off me.  

There is a lot of stress when you have a lot of rentals.So should you have a few rentals, or enough properties to retire on.

We buy fewer houses but they are lower stress, less of them and make a great cash-flow, along with paying off their loans. 

That is always a VERY busy time of year for my family, so it won't go over well if I add stress to it

This is a very stressful time of the year for all landlords, especially when there is a vacancy, which means you are hemorrhaging money monthly.Honestly the level of service you get from going exclusive will completely depend on the agent in question.
