No clue at all,  questioning medical authority.The tenant does not have to be determined to be disabled, they could be functioning fine with support........ veterans for example, and they don't have to have them 24/7 either, just as needed.

No clue as to how that would work, but an attorney would probably be your best chance to avoid having to bid on it at the auction.
