My town in New Jersey is going through a large 46 acre redevelopment, for which they are tearing down vacant strip malls and redeveloping with 800 apartment units, retail shopping, mass transit to NYC (busses), technology center and medical building.

No Seller's disclosures, no warranties, and owners too broke to sue and collect if they lie about something that comes back to bite you. 

Percentages lie. 

I'm not sure enough people will ever tele-work to cause that much disruption.. at least not compared to other technology related market changes (imagine what self driving trucks are gonna do).

RE has many aspects (finance, negotiations, sales, marketing, dealing with tenants, accounting, technology, raising money, construction and more); I wish more beginners would take this approach.Tasks might entail anything from going to the property and taking pictures, picking up supplies, doing some admin work, marketing, website building/managing, social media, running initial comps, making follow up calls. 

I am now the Executive VP of Marketing and Technology for that company.

Who’s name are the utilities in, where is the mortgage statement sent, the insurance paperwork, are the property taxes homesteaded, etc etc etc. a “professional” that doesn’t know you from Adam suggested you lie on forms that you’re going to sign saying you’re not lying.

That's a good way to network.Last bit (and this is key): S.Florida is likely the national leader in fraud, backstabbing, lying, cheating and every other nefarious activity.

We got a text message today from the female applicant stating that her and her boyfriend had broken up because he had cheated on her and he also apparently lied to her about having cancer.
