Congrats on your life long success.Thanks for the kind words....Well, yes, I am glad you asked that question, in fact with the most recent development that made medical history, I am honored to say YES, I did go through, even at age 73, the not so painful process of cloning.When I started in this business, the most exciting electronic device I purchased when they came popular is a pager, I had to use pay phones and actually mail letters, look up property owners in person at the court house, go to the copy center, and drop off film at the local photo-mat and wait a week to get my pictures.

They tend to have better bones and better quality construction...but I hate the bathrooms that comes in teal, pink, yellow, green, blue...I have nine bathrooms in various properties covering the entire rainbow color spectrum.I am seeking advice on two things.First, most of these bathroom have the integrated ceramic soap dishes, tooth brush holders.

I am in California - but in here in Cali - a lease or rental contract must be honored , even if the property is sold - the new buyer must still honor the contract - or offer to buy his/her way out of it contract - seeking advice from a local attorney would be the way to go on this one - just to be sure - worst way to start off your real estate business is in court..
