This is the best grass growing time , I wouldnt sod , I would seed and straw , use a blend high in rye .

And while the normal course is for folks to grow actively and then transition over to passive investments, there's nothing wrong with going the other direction and starting with more passive investments that are opportunistically located geographically.

Until the last 12 months or so (basically when we got the new city manager), I don't ever remember seeing any construction jobsites that had been shut down (talking residential & small MF).In the last 6-12 months we have seen a dozen or so stop work order signs on various houses.
