It'll say it's posting to it, but it will show as pending (or processing) for a week or two and then it will eventually error out saying you need to provide more information or proof of ownership. 

I'd stay in contact with the second ones and let them know that there's one before them pending.

Until then it will stay pending in the system.

That's my question.Seller (bankruptcy lawyer) needs 20% down, MIGHT go 10tells me it's no contingencies, pending only the approval of bankrupcy judge.

I've seen those ads go from pending to "sold" so I'm inferring there's a demand for it.

Or pending your state, paying customers might get annoyed you are raising rents on them during a pandemic and not pay for a few months...have fun getting nothing

You can then look at your Cozy dashboard for pending requests, see the link it successfully mailed John, and the link it should have mailed to Jane but didn't.
