There aren't many bad areas in Wichita and the typical Wichitan is your faithful, blue collar workers that believe in hard work and taking care of their home. 

The beaches I go to have a protective dune, and you need to be at least 2nd or 3rd floor to get any kind of view of the ocean. 

Today, out of the blue one of the unit owners, who happens to be the president, is suddenly stating they have no money for a special assessment or any dues increases.

So since it seems like investing along the blue line has become the goal and hasn't shown any signs of slowing down, one thing that I have been preaching about to clients a lot lately is investing along the 606 trail which subsequently aligns with the neighborhoods that the blue line runs through.The biggest reason I've been urging clients to find something that is near the 606 trail is because of a really big development called the Lincoln Yards.

Hi, how is the blue ridge STR doing?  

My investment property is a short term rental and in close proximity to the ocean, so the insurance was a bit more expensive for those reasons.  

Because, unless I live under a rock in the middle of the ocean and my best friend is a sponge this is the trap most American's fall into my self included.
