Yeah I am pretty comfortable even in the worst parts of ColumbusI'm amazed at how you navigate this hellscape on a daily basis.  

But, I would highly recommend reading anything by Ray Dalio, including a free book that he has on his site called "Principles for Navigating Big Debt Crises." 

The tenants have just as a difficult time navigating the HUD as the landlord so the last thing they want to do is lose their voucher or try to find a new place. 

Fortunately for me, I have a construction and project management background so i can navigate the proposal process.

Buildium has a ton of great financial features, but I honestly find the way it works to be a little "clunky" and difficult to navigate.
