Ceramic tile the kitchen and baths with a neutral color and medium to dark grout.  

I wouldn't care about the property being $50 short a month if the medium-term outlook included such a positive overall return.

Is it a single doc or a medium size to larger sized company?

Can you use a digital signature medium such as Zipforms or DotLoop?

I'm starting to look at medium-sized multi-family properties.

Thank you to all who participate here and offer the benefit of your experience to others.I am not a new investor, I have owned a number of small to medium-sized multifamily properties over the years.

We've used several in the past few years and there seems to be no happy medium between a solo plumber who won't send invoices for two weeks and the giant company with high rates.

These prices are from the properties and rents that I am considering and by far these are not even close to the medium-high or high side for Boston and/or the surrounding area. 

I have friends that have been doing REI for a long time but even with their varying small to medium successes I don't know why they didn't go for it more "full time". 

Job growth will be affected in the medium term right?
