Now an LLC will report the taxes a little differently which might help avoid an audit but there is no tax savings for a standard LLC.

If the dollar value is dropping and things are getting more expensive independently for other reasons (supply shock, decreased production/consumption) they should be compounding factors but I am not sure.

So more foreign money coming in to buy hard assets which supports or inflates prices.I think it'd be diff if we had to buy oil but were pretty independent and this hurts the Chinese more than us if their good look expensive.

You probably got what is called a "conforming loan" therefore the loan will be sold into the secondary market and will be subject to random audits, so there is some risk in doing this, but from my experience as a Bank Regulator, I have never seen or heard of a loan being called due to this.

It was very clear that it was only to be used for operational expenses AND you are subject to audits that will prove you were effected by covid. nothing else.
