I can't vouch for how they are to work with once you get into a deal, but so far, I'm impressed with what I've seen and we do intend to do business with them in the future.

What are folk's impression on how this sort of criteria might play into the market? 

My impression is that they are over priced and they have their own up selling strategy in a one size fits all method.

Replacing the tub entirely is usually a costly proposition and I would do it only if the tub was not functional.I am happy you had decent results, but I wasn't impressed with the DIY kit and made several attempts using different application techniques before giving up. 

I know in Cincinnati a lot of the brokers have a very favorable impression of them and they have a very good reputation. 

Overall, I was not super impressed with the value-add that my realtor or inspector brought me, part of that was not knowing how to make the most of them.

I was under the impression that I should talk to multiple agents to find what right for me so I hadnt signed anything yet
