@Derek RobinsonAs many have commented, I also prefer Greenville and Greer.Property taxes tend to be a tad lowering Greenville County than Spartanburg County.There is also more vitality to Greenville and Greer.I do own one duplex in Converse Heights Spartanburg and I have been happy with that one.
