Towing something like that will be more difficult and if you are forced to move it, it is much easier to get a driver than a tow rig that can move it.

You should also contact the debtors BK attorney and explain that you are seeking to pay on the debt.I agree that you need to act quickly and if you can't get someone to accept payment then you need to hire a BK attorney to assist you in forcing them to accept your payment (and they will take it).

Complete hypotheticals but could happen: not being able to resell with a period of time, having to disclose all profits of sale, having AREC approve the resale of property, forcing the use of a realtor to sell property, and the list could go on.
