Towing something like that will be more difficult and if you are forced to move it, it is much easier to get a driver than a tow rig that can move it.

You should also contact the debtors BK attorney and explain that you are seeking to pay on the debt.I agree that you need to act quickly and if you can't get someone to accept payment then you need to hire a BK attorney to assist you in forcing them to accept your payment (and they will take it).

You can leverage your equity in a more intelligent manner and not be forced to lower your standard of living in my opinion. 

Complete hypotheticals but could happen: not being able to resell with a period of time, having to disclose all profits of sale, having AREC approve the resale of property, forcing the use of a realtor to sell property, and the list could go on. 

When their lease is up there's still nothing to force them to pay or leave other than an eviction anyway.

Chances are you will be forced to evict if the seller does not so keep that in mind when adjusting your offer price.
