My tenants know where I live, they have my cell phone number and I see them around town every day.

My history is in cell phones, 5 years in retail (including management) and about 5 years being self employed buying and selling.

@Elijah Brown congrats, love your story man - I also closed on my first deal while out in the field for IBOLC at Fort Benning last summer - can definitely relate to the excitement of sneaking a cell phone check to find out you are now officially a real estate investor!

They put a clause in the Remarks or Additional Remarks on the Listing that says "Buyer must be preQualified by Mike Hurney Mortgage Broker (...) cell and (....) email."

Specifically in finding cell phone numbers as very few people have land lines these days.

I have heard of people getting residual income from cell phone sites, bill board sites, but what about sites setup for the power company?    

I see 100 of houses to buy but do not know where to go for funding .i applied to the hard money site but no answer back thru cell or email.
