Finding someone knowledgeable and good is going to be extremely difficult, and you're going to be looking at a higher rate than the $100/hour you already don't like.

I'm being extremely Transparent with the situation on the tenant front.it was on the MLS , but yeah next time I gotta hustle and annoy the heck out of people to get things done.

For high-end properties, it can be extremely effective because they source international buyers who will buy based on their high-end videos and marketing campaigns.

I'm also positive I got extremely lucky.

I find Michigan to be a very interesting place to invest due to the extreme highs and lows in home prices in such close proximity.
