You might find a similarly experienced property management company that could handle that for you in your area - my guess is that if they walk you thru the process while they handle it  you  will get experience and make sure it is handled legally within all of the local Oregon landlord/tenant laws.

I am also looking to build my team to purchase and flip homes in the next 12-18 months.  

When you venture into the real estate field, one important thing that you will need is a great team to rely.

I never flip- flipping is a full time job that delivers close to zero tax write offs and zero passive income and it's risky if you don't know a market first hand and have a trustworthy construction/rehab team in place. 

Second, you can network with any real estate investor - both new and experienced.

The broker experienced in flipping told my not to pay more than $50K at the auction.  

Also, whatever i can do to help others in return i am very experienced in technology and the health an fitness fields!

Ideally I'd like to develop a team for Buy & Hold properties in Houston and Colorado.
