This is all too complex to explain the revenue potentials on a forum or in any short space but that being ok as well as we have a group that currently is involved in this commitment and yet I fear they will have limited resources and possibly may be looking to bring others in as well.

I already know where I want to buy, it's just a matter of going through the hunting process to find a decent deal, and then fill in all the blanks as to what's involved in buying a property (i'm tellin' ya, i'm a major newbie, but that's part of buying this property, to get a little more than my toe in the RE water).daniel

Having said that still owner financing could be a feasible option.Generally the consumer involved in a fsbo/owner financing arrangement will take better care of the property having an ownership interest.
