I used it daily for a long time when i was younger and mowed yards.  

There are tons of deals out there on a daily basisThere are some markets that are more active than others but ultimately Real Estate is what you make it.   

I rotate these websites with different ads on Craigslist daily and get an average of one buyer or seller lead a day from this strategy.

Hey BPers,  How does one locate property addresses on the Daily Journal (or elsewhere) for these (online, Public Notice filed) probates?

Boy, do I have a story to share.As we all know, the primary job of a Wholesaler is to drive for dollars and knock on as many MOTIVATED sellers doors as possible.So I was heading to my daily first of ten home visits for MOTIVATED SELLERS.

I think I'll watch it daily.  

It can be quick, but it can also talk a while if you don't have good contact with the private lender.On the form, put in a daily interest expense incase the closing take longer than you anticipate so that you don't have to redo the form.  

I actually live here and am in the neighborhoods daily so either you don't know this market or the person you are teamed up with don't know this market.  

I am nervous as #$%^&*(   just the uncertainty and tell people daily to do this... lol
