I tried to build up a relationship by making myself the problem solver but the house condition is rough.

I don't think house hack is market dependent but it's mostly based on how many building structure you could rent it out ?

Or go to the county and run your own search on it. pretty easy to do.

I've been in a trial with Hemlane, specifically  the "Complete" package since I have yet to build up a network of service professionals in the area.
